2005 Tiffin Allegro Bus-Warning!!

I found the hanging table that the rear furnace sits on in the tank bay with both inside hangers broke. The rear of the furnace had fallen and was sitting on wires and the LP hose. This could easily been a bad result if I had not found it. The inside hangers are what I would call very minimalistic and not surprised that they broke after seeing them. If you have one I would check this out. You have to remove the vent and take the screws out of the bottom of the panel to open it. Do not know if any other years or models have this design.

Just purchased a 2005 Tiffin Pheaton Allegro in a private sale. We want to look into your "warning" on our coach. Can you be more specific as to where the issue is located?

It is the panel on the passenger side right in front of the rear wheels. There is a furnace intake and exhaust in the panel. There are 2 screws under the coach that you need to remove and you will need to remove the furnace exhaust, then it will open. if you find the hanging table broke I fixed it with some 1/2 X1/8 steel and riveted in place. I went both directions about 6". Also if you need to remove (a bit of a pain) the furnace to fix this (replace the high limit switch and the sail switch $14.00 for both) take and run a piece of 3/4" Pex piping with a couple pieces of string in it, through this compartment where everything else is running in case you need to fish something thru later. This is an after thought I had when I had to run a cable from front to back.

Thanks for the welcome. Hope our coach doesn’t have that issue either. It is in the shop right now getting belts changed and a few other things done to it. But we'll be checking it out as soon as it comes home.
