2007 Phaeton roof framing

Hi all,

Working on putting solar panels on our bus getting ready for our final departure from New York State (thank god) and starting our full timing adventure.

Was wondering if anyone had a decent idea of roof rafter / beam layout on our 2007 phaeton 40QSH. It does have the one piece fiberglass roof

Any help / diagram would be helpful.

And are they wood or metal.

I tried a stud finder but it appeared to get squirrely easily

Here's a document put together by Ted "Crusingator" with the roof structure layout with the dimensions. This is on a Bus, but the layout is the same for most of the Tiffin roofs. The roof "rafters" are on the underside of the foam. Over the top of the foam is app 1/4" thick plywood then fiberglass on top of that. Also, here's a photo I took of our roof as the fiberglass was being applied on the edges.

Any idea on the front to rear spacing of those arched wood pieces that carry 5he electrical / drain lines?
