2007 Tiffin Phaeton 40QSH - Windshield wiper sprayers quit working

My windshield wipers operate normally, but the sprayers quit working. When I turn on the wipers switch and push the washer button no fluid sprays (I've tried with just the ignition key on and also with the engine running). I blew out both fluid lines and sprayer ends with my air compressor. Still not working. I bought a new fluid reservoir, which came with a fluid pump (thinking maybe the fluid pump was bad). I installed the new reservoir. Still not working. I tested the new fluid pump by unplugging the power wire connection on top of the pump and running separate 12 volt +- power to the exposed power connections on top of the pump. The pump spins but does not start when I reconnect the power connection on top of the pump, turn on the wipers, and push the dashboard wiper sprayer button. FYI... the old pump checked ok also. I can't find a separate sprayer fuse. Only the 20A fuse for the wipers, located in the front driver side small outside compartment. Maybe a bad wire, bad wire connection, or bad dashboard wiper switch? ANY CONSTRUCTIVE ADVISE?
Thanks, Bob Garner

Good Morning,

We believe that DENSO is the MFG of the switch, need your VIN to confirm. It is possible that the issue lays in the switch itself, you should be able to ohm the switch to ensure the switch is still good. You are more than welcome to reach out to our technical support team as they can give you pointers on where to look next to locate the root cause. We do have a few diagrams that would possibly help resolve this concern.

Thanks Shawn for your input. I’ve attached a couple of photos showing my VIN number and the windshield wiper switch. Looking forward to your reply. Bob Garner 559-314-4649 bobgarner6782@gmail.com
