2008 Allergo Bay - Gas

Hello all,
I just purchased The above gas unit and wonder if anyone has a similiar one?
I have a question about the anode rod for the Hot Water, what part # would I need to replace it?
I don't have possession yet, so I can't look at the manfacture #.

I know I will have more questions on down the road.
We are planning a Colo. trip and want to get it over the Mts. to Cortez CO, and maybe up US 550 to Montrose Co.
Has anyone taken that route in a 38 foot Chevy Gas MH?
Thanks to you everyone.

Probably the one thing that will be good for mountain driving is the Allison Trans. I didn't drive past Colorado Springs, so I never got into real mountains a few years ago. Dave

I have a 2005 AB 37DB

I did not go up 550, went around and I have towed my Jeep up Lizzard Pass on my way to Montrose, you will have no problem

Here is the Anode rod I used for my Suburban 10 gallon tank.

This is an around route, but it still has some 7% grades with some awesome views.

Pick up CO145 before or after Cortez, to Telluride continue to CO62 to Ridgeway and that is where you will pick up 550

I'd think twice about using this section of CO 145 any more......

WOW, good catch, didn't realize it was this route.

In the article looks like there is actually one lane open now.

"The smaller of the two boulders, weighing 2.3 million pounds, was blown up May 27. That allowed one lane of the highway to be reopened, with portable traffic lights to allow alternating use."
