Have you looked for a button/knob on the bottom side of your steering column?

You might want to give the folks at the Tiffin factory a call and hopefully they could tell you where it is.

Good luck & Safe travels---

Man, I would have to check but I seem to remember it being something with the blinker handle. Maybe you pull it out????

Below your turn signal stalk, where it goes into the steering column, there is a flat piece of chromed metal with a 90 degree bend in it. You pull out on that to turn on flashers. It is marked flashers and has an arrow on it. Signal a left or right turn to disengage. Kind of hard to see. At least that is what my recently bought 2008 Phaeton has. Good luck.

4 way flashers

On my 2008 Allegro Bay, there is a metal plate on the turn signal lever. pull it out for the 4 ways. to release it push lever down as if signaling a left turn.
