2009 Allegro Bus - Stuck Slide

2009 Allegro Bus 40 QXP PowerGlide chassis
My drivers side front slide out is not coming in.
Tonight I went out at looked at the switch that controls the front drivers side slide out (the electric one). It has 3 prongs. I tested continuity between the top and middle prong, and when I press the button up (i believe the "IN" direction) I have continuity. I tested the continuity between the bottom and the middle prong, and when I press the button down (the "OUT" direction) I have continuity. Here is the real interesting thing, with the key in the on position (required to operate the electric slide outs) when I press the button in the "OUT" position the slide moves out (I moved it just a tiny bit). When I press the button in the "IN" position, the slide didn't go back the tiny bit I moved it. I hear what might be a solenoid click, but no motor. So to see if the switch was the problem, I moved the wire from the top prong to the bottom prong and pressed the button in the "OUT" position hoping the slide would come back in, and still nothing, the slide does not move back. Does this sounds like a bad switch, or something else. Any help would be appreciated. Is there anything else I can test.

You might try calling Don Boyd at Tiffin (256) 356-0261 Ext 3824.

Try running the coach. Way too many variables to diagnose without a full/available battery charge.

Never run slides without full batts/overage capability.
