2011 allegro red 34 rear furnace

hello all,

does anyone knows where the cold return vent /duct is for the rear propane furnace?
I know that it heats the bedroom, bathroom and wet bay, but where is the cold return vent?

any help would be most appreciated

thanks jm

I had the same question and found out they forgot to cut it out. Had them fix at Red Bay. You should take a pic of the rear box and ask Tiffin. My heater was enclosed in the box and no hole for the return was made. Heater would cycle as it should when it overheats or gets no flow.

Thanks Deasnealy, I need to know where the cold air return is is it under neath the bed? As we had unwanted critters I enthusiastically spray foamed openings and crevices and now I am concerned that I may have sealed the cold air return...:(. Help!

My RED has the cold air return for the BR heater in the closet.

Thanks, I found it. On the side of the fuse panels in the closet there are two vents. I'm pretty sure it's for the furnace. I sealed a large hole underneath the washer and dryer and I thought that maybe it was a furnace vent. But it is not.

Are you sure that is it how they intended to get air into the closet? I would call Tiffin to confirm
