2011 Phaeton

Just purchased a 2011 Phaeton it had been winterized and now I do not have any water in the ice maker or cold water supply. Does anyone know if there is a water shut off valve in the system and where it is located?

We need a little more info to be able to help you better. Are you hooked up to city water or are you using your fresh water tank and pump? Are you saying you have water coming from the hot water taps, but not from the cold, or do you have no water at all?

Make sure the city water/tank fill valve is in the city water position. This valve is in your wet bay. While you are in the wet bay, make sure the bypass valve for winterizing is in the correct position (i.e. Off).

The ice maker will have its own shutoff valve which you can access via the cover on the back of the frig (it's an outside panel).

The water supply valve for the frig is behind a small outside locked door on my unit (36QBH) ; it's up high and directly behind where the frig is located.

On many Kitchenaid and Whirlpool models, no water will be available unless either the filter or the bypass plug is installed.
