2012 Tiffin 40QBH Basement electrical components

I am new to the 2012 Tiffin 40 QBH, and I am a hands on kind of guy, with a got to know my equipment mentality.

In the basement, their are several compartments that contain electrical components that are not clearly described in the owners manual or in the compartments they occupy. Now is the time to learn this as THOR may potentially make changes, discontinue certain parts or services.

Right hand side, last compartment on rear of coach. It contains 3 relays, they are identified, also their is a 120 vac receptacle with a cord and plug that is plugged into the receptacle. WHAT IS THIS FOR.

THEIR IS A SECOND CORD AND PLUG, NOT CONNECTED, WHAT IS THIS FOR.

LAST OF ALL, THEIR IS A 12 VOLT DC SECTION CONTAINING A SOLENOID OR SOME SIMILAR DEVICE, WHAT IS THIS ELECTRICAL DEVICE FOR.

I will stop now, and await the help with this that my fellow Tiffin owners and or others who know the answers will come and advise me. Thank you all in advance and I wish you all a safe and Happy New year.

My guess on the outlet with the cord plugged in is it's the diesel engine pre-heater. Not sure about your other questions.

The box or boxes that contain a relay will be either the block heater or the water heater. The other outlet may be for the chassis battery charger. On my old 2012, the water heater connection and relay were in the box with the water heater. Depends on your floor plan.

Pictures would sure help determine what you are looking at
Also it helps to describe the sides of the MH as drivers side (DS) or passenger side (PS).
