Talking 2013 Phaeton steering wheel adjustment???

We have a 13 phaeton 40BHQ. The drivers steering wheel adjusts down (tilt) but is still to high. Both my better half and I can not see half the gauges. I have adjusted the seat every which way, and no see. Is there any adjustment on the tilt mech.??? I thought I would ask before I attack it. Thanks for any info. The half way there Muffin Man.

I don't know if your 2013 dash is the same as my old 2012, but TMH parts had an alternate layout panel available at no charge. It was much better than the original.

Ernieh,
Thank you for all your excellent assistance on so many Tiffin issues. As to the dash panel , are you saying Tiffin has a different panel than the " Freightliner " or whomever provided the original dash, for the 2012 Phaeton.
Was this something you swapped out ir does it require Tiffin/Freightliner involvement.

Thank you again

The newer version of the Tiffin panel changes the position of the gauges . On our 2014 Phaeton, I made a new panel myself with black lexan.
It’s easy to swap out, a few screws and the gauges were daisy chained.
You can also raise the seat frame with blocks.

The instrument panels are supplied by TMH. The regular parts folks may not know about or show it, but the manager at the time knew where they were stored. I had a friend who happened to be at CRB arrange to have them ship me one.

Dash at TMH

Ernieh,
I called Heath Thorn, left a message as to the availability of a new dash overlay or whatever the proper description is. I appreciateyou sharing this. I hope he responds.

Thank you
