2013 Tiffin Open Road

Hi,
Our front air conditioner works fine but our rear air conditioner fan runs but no air comes out. Has anyone else had the problem or has an idea what could be wrong?

Thanks for any and all suggestions!
Diane

First off Welcome to IRV2!

When you say the rear air comes on but no air comes out, do you mean the compressor is running but the fan isn't? If that's the case then you either have a bad capacitor on the fan motor or the motor itself is burned out.

Go up top and pull the cover off. AC's have been known to have their fan squirrel cage blower disintegrate. Not too hard to replace once you get the piece. Use some LocTite Blue on the 4 screws holding the cover on when you replace it. Keeps the cover on despite wind and vibration, yet lets you remove it easily. Do not use RED!
