This coach had an MSRP of $274K . The rig has 7200 miles, private seller, what should I expect to get this unit for ?

I am not sure of the selling price but you could go on Lazy Days site and look at the same model and year and get an idea. Lazy days is always just a little high but usually has a good inventory of used coach to price compare.

OK, Lazy Days has a similar coach ( same year & model#) at $257,705. Seems $100,000 to high!

Just bought a 2014 w/ MSRP of $294,257 and 6337 miles for $187,900. Hope this helps.
You're about right when you say $100,000 to high..

With original discount and depreciation , should be a fair price at around 155,0000, figures at least 29 percent off MSRP from original sale then depreciation..

What rate of depreciation should be used?

My figures are 28% off MSRP and 18% depreciation so about 160K should be the high end you would want to pay.

I'd counter with "good luck with the sale". It will never sell for anything above $170,000 to anyone.

I would take him at his word. Did he pay significantly more than $210,000? If he did he over paid & will have to take it in the shorts to sell. He obviously didn't have a career in sales.
