2014 36LA AC/heat pump DOA

Does anyone have experience with the front ac/heat pump not working on a Tiffin ALLEGRO 36LA gasser? Was on the roof and checked all the connections to the capacitors and all seems fine. No bad connections. My feeling it is a start up capacitor, but not sure if is that simple. Any input or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for any help!

What's it doing? Nothing? Might start by checking the breakers, then for power. Does the fan come on, does it do anything?

Depends on what it is doing. Does the AC work? Does the fan come on? If both those happen then it is the control module up in the AC unit on the roof that is bad. I had 2 bad ones on 2 different rigs. Call Coleman tell them you just purchased the rig and they'll send you a new one for free.
