2014 Ceiling Light

We have an Allegro Red and one of our ceiling lights is failing. The fixture has a silver bezel surrounding a white cover.

I’ve tried to rotate the white portion to remove it and I can get it to move about 1/8 of a turn but no more. How do I remove it so that I can replace the bulb.

The puck lights in our 2014 did not have a metal ring and just turned counterclockwise and came off. Maybe the whole ring on yours might have to be removed. Hopefully someone here has your answer.

Removing glass ceiling light covers

I replaced every ceiling light in my prior Fleetwood Excursion with LED bulbs. They were halogen bulbs before. Most of the glass covers just unscrewed. Two would only move about 1/4 inch, then seems to lock. I finally loosened them using a large pair of channel lock pliers. Just worked them back and forth until they came off.

The mount they were in was "tweeked" likely at install time making them hard to remove.
