2015 37AP Bus HWH Air Leveling

I will be picking up my new 37AP Bus tomorrow and have a question about the Air Leveling ride control system. I have to jump a curb at my house in order to park in my RV carport. How do I manually adjust the air ride control for the high ride setting? I will only need to travel a few feet at this setting and then I can drop back down to the normal ride height.

Thanks, Sammie

Why don't you ask this on the TRVN forum? You would reach a much larger Tiffin audience.

I've asked over there also. So far no answers.

Thanks, Sammie

We also just bought a 2015 37PA and I have a similar problem and would like a ride height adjustment just to get on to my property. I looked at a bare Freightliner chasse and there is a manual adjustment for ride height. But NOT for the customer to adjust. Generally my answer was it is not possible. SO, I'll have to make a physical adjustment to the access area to my property.

Clockdoc, If you bought a new Bus 37AP I'm assuming you got the Valid Air Leveling system. If so, there is a setting that will allow you to raise your coach up a few inches (don't know how much yet). In your big blue Tiffin bag there will be a small owners pamphlet that will tell you how to do this. I got lucky yesterday after picking up my new Bus and didn't have to raise it to get into my driveway. One thing to be aware of is the rear mudguard. It will drag going in and out, so if your approach is sever you may have to tie it up or take it off.

Sammie, We haven't taken delivery yet, that is still a month out or so, but our old coach could just make it up the driveway. It was a 32 foot. I have a crown in the street and a inclined driveway. As the rear wheels drop down into the low point of the driveway to street area the rear is nearest the street. It is going to be close. I approach the driveway at a 45 degree angle and that puts the hitch up high but the passenger side rear is at the low point. So, I'll have to wait until I get the coach her at our home. AND yes the mud flap will drag. Problem is that I have to back down the driveway to get the coach on the street and that will drag the flap even worse. Good news you got yours up. Great news to hear the the coach might be raised a few inches as that could make it for me. I'll look up that data. Thanks

I have had similar problems with motorhomes. I find that backing into the parking space solves a lot of these problems.
