2015 Phaeton - Front Slide Mechanism & Adjustment

We are looking at a 2015 Phaeton and the driver’s side front slide appears to be out al synchronization and the front comes in fully and then the rear chatters. Is there an adjustment for this? Is this a Power Gear mechanism?

On the front passenger side, is this a hydraulic slide mechanism? Is there a way to adjust this as the bottom is out further than the top.

The DS is electric and appears that the one side is not in sync. They can be adjusted. The PS can also be adjusted depending on what is out of wack. The top can be tilted. Or the rollers can be raised on the inside, or they may be damaged.
Personally, if the dealer or owner wants to make the repairs, fine but if not, I would pass on this.
