2016 36LA carpeted box under MB sink?

We just had CW install a new Splendide 2200 w/d combo a few days ago. The unit seems to work great, but we are finding the carpet under the mb sink wet under where the water hoses for the w/d are hanging. I’ve looked close with a flashlight and don’t see where the water is coming from. It almost seems like the source of the water could be under the edge of that carpeted box under the sink. I assume the water heater is under that box? Has anyone ever removed that box? I’m hoping CW didn’t do anything to cause this issue. HA! Of course they did strip the screw holes holding the rubber roller latches that hold the doors closed. The left doors hinge actually fell totally off before we pulled out of the parking lot. We had the shop manager come out to see the damage and he had a tech come out to fix it.

Thanks for any responses.

You might check the connections on the water hoses. If they didn't get a rubber washer in there correctly or didn't tighten them enough it could cause a seepage down the hoses.

I don't have the W/D combo installed but I do have the connections.

On mine BTW the hatch in the carpeted box opens to the backside of the water heater.

Have you washed a load or is is just leaking w/o running? If you have washed a load it could also be leaking from the drain line to the stack....another spot to look in addition to what Lt Dan suggested. Make sure you check at the beginning of the spin cycle.
