2016 37PA window blind reinstall

I posted while back about the window blind bracket breaking and replacing them. My dealer has the new brackets and is sending to me. Now how do I reinstall the blind assembly back into the brackets?

Remove the window valances first and the rest of it will become self-explaining.

If you removed one then you know the blinds snap into the brackets. Not easy to do if the valance is still up. If the bracket is still up there, they are held in with two wood screws. Just make sure all brackets are facing the same way or you will not be able to snap in the blind.

I didn't remove it. It fell out while traveling because one of the brackets broke. I'm glad to know it just snaps back in so thanks for that!

Same thing happened to us, heard a loud bang, scared the daylights out of us. Could not figure out where the noise came from, wasn't till a couple of days later when I went to lower the blind behind the couch that I realized it wasn't there. All three brackets broke, which tells me that whoever installed the blind did not do it correctly but just jammed it up there

I have found that when removing and/or installing the blinds the mounting brackets can be easily broken. Be very careful when snapping the blind in place or using the wrong tool to remove the blind.
