2017 Allegro RED voltage fluctuation

I had just restarted the engine on the MH and noticed that the dash voltage meter was up over 13 volts (as expected), but then after a few seconds dipped down to approximately 9-10 volts (hard to say as the meter doesn't have many markings). Then after a couple seconds went back up to over 13. It did this "dip" maybe 3 times then stayed above 13. Everything seemed to run fine, but that seems like odd behavior. BTW, I had recently replaced the chassis batteries because I noticed that occasionally on restarting the engine the dash would flash "low voltage". So I thought maybe my batteries were old enough (4 years) to need replacement. Except that now even with the new batteries, I still get that "low voltage" sometimes. That said, the engine always starts right up and seems to be fine afterwards.

Has anyone else seen this? Any thoughts on why the "dip" is occurring?
