I need to replace both headlights on my 2017 Phaeton 40AH. Both headlights have become foggy and I've tried to us headlight cleaning products but that only keeps them clear for a few months. I'm trying to get a part# and store information to order new headlights.

Have you tried the full CeraKote refinish kit with the sandpaper disks, etc? I've redone my 2017 twice and it lasted well over two years the first time and just redid them again. At less than $20 and ten minutes work, it's better than several hundred $$ for new lights that aren't going to last any longer. Also available at some Wal Mart stores. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084RQKLV8

There is a DOT number on your headlight. Do a Google search with that number and you will discover what vehicle it was used on. My 2019 Phaeton should have the same headlights as yours. The headlights are from a 2002-16 International 4300 truck.
My 2018 Phaeton is supposed to use Hyundai Accent headlights. I have not bought any and can not verify. They do look like the link with the small amber section on the outside of light.

I don't think that will fit. The shape is close, but not as tapered on the ends. 2016-2019 Phaeton's all had the same nose, and, I would assume, the same headlights.
