2019 36UA Quote

I received a quote on a 2019 36UA of 151,970 plus 995 dealer fee. The options I requested should have the MSRP in the neighborhood of $190k. This quote seems high. What should I expect a fair/realistic price to be?

Always hard to predict. But at least 25% off MSRP, and you can generally do better EXCEPT during the busy part of the selling season where we are now. Target ought to be 28% off, but as I said...

Call Tiffin and get the actual Retail Price sheet for that coach. This will list the coach and option prices. Then talk to your dealer.

I believe they are just guessing at the prices as my rep says the prices have not been released for the 2019 yet.

I recently got a quote on a 2018 RED 37BA from a west coast dealer - it was barely 24% off MSRP. I contacted Sherman RV, Marlin Ingram RV and Davis MH. Sent them my build sheet for the 2018 and all were at or near 27-29% off. Since 2019 prices aren’t out yet, they guessed that the increase over last year will be 3-5%.

We will definitely travel the extra miles to one of these dealers when the time comes. You might consider doing the same. Just think of it this way, the adventure begins when you pick it up. Take the slow route home and enjoy the new coach. Good luck with your search.

We found Sherman beat our local dealers by over 20K on our new 2018 37PA and worth the 750 mile drive

What he said, have it in print from Ingram. It is the destination costs that drive the price up the farther away from the factory you get.
