2019 37AP - gray tank reads “open” in the wet bay and “full” on the Spyder

We left a boondocking spot with the tank about 3/4 full. After driving on a rough highway, when we were ready to dump, the level on the Spyder read full and the gauge in the wet bay reads “open”. We’ve used Camper’s Friend and Blue Dawn and let the tank get quite full. After driving about 250 miles our readings are unchanged. We’e dumped 3 times now. Anyone had this problem? Can anyone tell me where the wires for the sensor are on the outside of the tank? Possibly one came loose. Thanks.

Sensors are almost always on the passenger side of the tanks in the bay opposite your wet bay. Access door may or may not have a latch.
