2019 RED 33AA shower

I am over 6ft tall and I find the step down out of the shower to be very tall even for me. I wonder how shorter people do it? This is the one think I don't like about my 33AA, thought I could live with it but am having second thoughts.

My wife uses a teakwood step on the outside of our shower. It's only about 2" high, but it works for her.

I'm also over six feet tall and have the same issue with our 2022 33AA. I started holding the safety bar on the back wall of the shower, and backing out. It might look silly, but I'm the only one in there. As if there were room for another person in the tiny bathroom.

Shower in 33AA

I hold to the safety bar and also balance myself on the metal top of the shower door. Haven't fallen yet....

Regards, Jerry

At first I would try and step down without holding anything. Always thought the safety bar is for older people. One day I decided to try it and back out. What a difference. I know it does look silly but like someone else said, who can see it? Also made me realize I’m reaching the age where I may actually be the older person needing it.

I used one of these outside my Phaeton shower. I agree, coming out of a Tiffin shower, the step-down is a bit high.

lucky, knocking on wood ... don't need one yet., maybe soon ....

Would be more worried about an obstacle on the small bathroom floor, we just have a non slip mat .... when time comes, would probably try to mount a vertical bar to the right on wall just outside shower.
