My nightshade is down and will not retract. The solar shade works fine. Any quick ideas before I duct tape it to ceiling?��

Mine quite on my 2019 Phaeton and the controller came unplugged. It was located behind a wood panel in the cabinet in front of the passenger over the windshield. good luck
