We ordered a 2019 Red 37pa in May so it’s probably one of the last of the 2019s built. With our paid options; Amber Glaze cabinets, 3rd AC, sliding tray, U shaped booth, solar prep with 4 gauge wire, king bed the MSRP came in at $281k. The only feature of the 2020 is the standard Truma water heater. I can still get one installed later and get Tiffin to paint the cover.

I built my quote sheet and included the All Electric option. My total MSRP comes in around $299,500.

You mention MSRP, so what are you actually paying for it? Not to make you nauseous, our six month old mint condition fully loaded 2018 37PA with 3,000 miles was $140,000 with trade-in. IMHO I would not get the king foam mattress, super hard unyielding to the torso, buy a mattress at Sams or Costco.

I can answer that question next week. I am finalizing my RFQ, will sit down with DW this weekend to discuss and full agreement (that is important!!!), and send out email on Sunday night to multiple dealers. I hope to have quotes back and decision made on which dealer I am going to work with.
We laid on a king foam and had no issues with it.

What was your trade valued at. That is critical. In general, one should expect 27%-30% off MSRP for new purchase.

We didn’t have a trade in as dealers don’t want to deal with our 2008 Airstream travel trailer. We will sell it on our own. We got a 29% discount deal.

Out the door down the road at $157,000, Marlin Ingram RV, Montgomery, AL. Great place to do business.

Got quotes today from Ingram, Sherman, and Davis. All competitive and at the high end of the 25-30% range. Evaluating quotes and the intangibles, will make a decision this weekend.
