2020 Allegro Red Refer water valve???

I'm asking for a friend who is not a member of the forum yet...... They just took their maiden voyage and could not make ice. I'm guessing there is a valve on the ice maker line that is turned off. Does anyone know where that valve might be?

The coach is a 2020 Allegro Red 33AA with a Whirlpool two door refer, standard ice maker with metal trigger arm (arm is down).

Thanks

In that style of Class A, typically under the kitchen sink there's a 1/4" white plastic pipe connected into the cold water supply. That hose usually has a small brass shut off valve within a foot or two of the main water pipe. Turn that on, they should be good.

Did they turn on the switch inside the freezer side near the ice maker.
If it has a shutoff, it will be on the outside, accessed via a panel. The panel should be located directly behind the refrigerator on the outside wall.

Jim.....I didn't expect it to be under the sink, because his sink is on the opposite side and the refer is in a slide....but he just texted.....under the sink. Thanks

+ 1
Remove 2 Philips screw from the outside access panel, remove panel. You can't miss the valve.
