The dealer diagnosed a problem with the starter on this one, I hope he is correct, too often mechanics hang parts on until the stumble across the real problem.
I wanted to add for all that were following; the Ford chassis has a steering column transmission shifter, there could be a problem with the neutral safety switch that would not allow it to start.

Ground connections

Hi, I had similar issues. For me the solution was to get under the rv and remove all grounding battery wires and clean the rust off connections both on the iron engine block and the cables, then fasten everything back together tightly. Finally some battery grease should be applied to those same nuts and bolts. If that doesn't solve the problem, then remove all connections to the batteries and thoroughly clean. Take a photograph of the wires first so you don't rewire the batteries wrong.
Replacing the starter motor essentially provided clean ground connections, but at quite considerable cost.
