2021 35CP and my punch list.

I am posting this hoping others can benefit from my overall experience. I ordered my coach in March 2021 and it arrived around June. It came full of major issues like most seem to but one issue was too much for the dealership to handle. The choice was made to send it back again to Red Bay to fix tiles from a slide issue and carpet getting stuck. It was to have other issues fixed but that never happened. In fact it came back with tile issues again in the same area. More importantly it came back with that same floor having no heated floor working because the line for that being cut. This I found by wondering why the front floor heat would not work. My punch list has grown to a list of 26 items as I add to now watching my drivers side window leak all over onto the dash and probably down into the fuse panel under that window. Not sure how I will deal with this but thinking of now throwing in the wet towel or in my case a shamwow soaking up the water.

Sorry to hear about your issues with the new coach. I too have had the DS window leak. I looked at the silicone caulking around the window and found it to be not perfect. I re caulked with clear silicone and now only on a rare occasion do I get a drop or two.

The new side windows on the AB is a frameless window that is secured by sealant. Our side window was so poorly installed we had to have it removed and reinstalled properly. When you call Fresco manufacture you’ll find out there are two specific SIKA sealants that must be used.

I have a minor issue with my driver's side Fresco window. I cannot find a phone number that gets answered. Anyone got a number?

David owns a small campground next to Tiffin Campground across the street from the bank. You can call the campground and ask for David. . (256) 460-2473

He has a shop big enough to house two motorhomes. Excellent glass work!! Knows his stuff. Nice guy.

I believe David has retired but still performs glasswork at his shop. I understand his son is also helping.

NB2A, I really feel for you. Bought 3 new class A coaches in my lifetime and there will not be a 4th. What you are experiencing is the very reason. Too many of my friends having similar experiences. Complexity going up, quality control going down, dealer prep for delivery marginal, and time to get warranty or service work getting longer. One spends considerable money for something that’s not right it takes a lot of joy away. Hope things get resolved for you soon. I’m just going to hold onto what I have.
