My 2021 Allegro Bus Backup Camera has water inside it causing a foggy unusable picture on the screen . Its a Tripplevision model SHC83. There are 4 screws holding it to the housing. I haven't taken those off yet. The wire connectors are not visible and I don't want to pull on that wire too hard and break the connection but that means I can only work on it from the top of the ladder.
Suggestions?

I have a 2018 Bus and have been very disappointed in the cameras. I have had to replace the side cameras three times and currently one is fogging again.

On my rig, removing the screws allowed me to pull the camera out. I had plenty of slack to get to the connecter and disconnect the camera.

I think that you will find that the camera lens has clouded requiring replacement of the whole camera.

On my one side camera that fogged up I was able to disassemble the small camera housing, clean the inside of the lens then seal it back up with electrical tape. That was almost three years ago and it's still working fine.

Triple vision in next to Tiffin at Red Bay. They should cover that on warranty.

I took the camera out of the housing and found a tablespoon or two of water inside the cam. I emptied the water and dried the lens completely then resealed it and put it back and it works fine now. The rubber gasket looks fine but if it gets water inside again I'll put silicone around the housing where the seal is. I could understand a little moisture in there but that water was excessive submerging half the lens when upright and I still don't know for sure how it got in. Possible it came in where the wire goes into the back of the cam. There's an opening with a gap and its not sealed. But that opening is protected from outside exposure by the frame that mounts to the outside wall behind which the wire enters the inside. I'll seal that opening too and hopefully this doesn't happen again. Apparently this is not a common problem with the rear camera.

This is good to know thank you. I was just up there last week finishing up warranty work and of course I didn't start having the camera trouble until I was most of the way back to Florida. No plans to go back for at least a year.

I can't find a website of a phone number for Triplevision anywhere other that rvcams.com which is not manufacturer specific. Do you have a link or a # for them in Red Bay? There is a Triple H Electronics in Red Bay but no web site.
