2021 Allegro Bus Navigation boot loop

The GPS is stuck in a boot loop which took down the left screen entirely (except when activating the blinker. We have tried restarting it many times. Sometimes it comes back but it looks to be down for the count now. Any ideas on how to hard reset it? Has anyone else had the issue? We are on our way to Red Bay to get it fixed but were hoping to find a way to get the radio working for the drive.

Might want to kill chassis power and house power in total to make all the electronics reset. My 2017 Phaeton has rotating switches to kill both set's of power. If you decide this may be worthwhile, definitely go to the owners manual for specific instructions. Just a crazy thought....

Just a thought but a wire on the screen could of come loose. Take off the small top panel of the dash...reach down and make sure all connections are tight. A loose connection can cause alot of frustration. You might try calling River Park Inc who handles the Xite Solutions products . 1-800-442-7717 or 574-522-7781 , Rand McNally 1-800-333-0136

The problem wound up being the control module behind the dash. once that was replaced everything is working fine now. Thank you everyone for your suggestions and help
