The input circuit breaker on our Magnum has popped and won't reset. I checked the panel breakers and all is good. The Charging/Inverting LED is green but batteries are almost dead. Spyder panel shows no input power; I assume because the breaker is popped. I tried recycling the power but it didn't help. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Check your spyder panel. While it may show input power, there’s a button on lower left to turn your inverter on. Your inverter may be switched off there.

Switched on or off shouldn't affect the AC input breaker. Go to your circuit breaker panel and unset the one for the inverter, then try resetting the breaker on the inverter itself. You could have a defective breaker, or it is sensing a problem with the input AC.

Spyder panel shows it's off but I can't turn it on.

According to the power flow on the Spyder panel, the breakers in the panel are after the inverter and transfer switch. I did recycle them anyway but no joy.

Have you checked all of your 120v circuit breakers in the back closet? There are two main circuit breakers for the inverter, power in and power out.

If are at the right location o your spyder. Click on the setting button. It will give you the status of your inverter plus more information. I assume you have the same inverter I do. If you need it msg me and I will send. Stumped on how to upload a pdf.

Checked both and they were fine. However, I was wrong about the AC in breaker on the Magnum being popped; it was not, just felt that way. I ran through the Magnum reset process and it started back up.

Only remaining issue is a communications loss between the Magnum RVC module and the inverter. I suspect this is why the Magnum shutdown in the first place. Batteries are now charging but no Spyder control or monitoring.

Next step is replace the cable between the inverter and RVC.

I also reset the Spyder system.
