Not so sure bout the 37BH but with the 40IH it was the roof mount awnings, 450HP option as well as what we wanted layout/decor wise we couldn't find on the lot. I did make a deal on a lot model and when we decided to order got the exact same deal ..............so no real savings to buy a lot model.

Mr Johnson, TY for all the help and advice with our Phaeton purchase, especially taking the time to talk with me on the phone. AND yes those awning are expensive, but so is the heated floor, AquaHot, etc etc. I don't think anything that has RV or motorhome associated with it is cheap!

KC593, your right about say RV and it's expensive, just like the boat industry, say Marine and it automatically becomes expensive. If two used Phaeton's being sold are side by side one is 5,000 more because it has the super awning ,
Which one will the buyer go for.

I wonder if this is Tiffin responding to Newmar's putting roof mounted awnings on the Ventana.

don.t really care for the roof awnings, you lose too much of the shade because of the slide, they do look nice though.

Actually, the Allegro Red’s shown on Tiffin’s site are still 2020 models. I’ve seen the 2021 price list, and there is a required option for Girard Awnings. Cost $1,813
