2021 Tiffin Red 33 AA Down Shift

Hi Guys: Ok I am playing with the gazillion functions of my new coach. I have a question about my Allison 3000 transmission.

It shows me what gear I am currently in in the center of my Digital dash next to the D for drive. How do I manually down shift a gear for a long grade? Pushing the lever up engages the engine break. Pushing it down disengages the break. Pulling back for quick lights? How the hell do I down shift?
