2022 35CP Allegro Bus Unknown Leak

Can someone identify what the part is leaking in the picture, Iím not sure what fluid is leaking? We have only had the coach a month and put this on our punch list for the dealer to check. When the delivery coordinator saw the photo, she asked me what is that? I said I have no idea but itís obviously leaking.

Looks like a hydraulic oil cooler to me.

Jnsnwt is spot on. Would venture to say the weld where the lines connect has a crack in in. Don’t ask me how I know. I would call tiffin and get a qualified mobile repair service to fix. You don’t want that part to fail on the road.

Had same problem with our 2018 Allegro Red, took it to a Freightliner dealer, repaired under warranty.

Transmission cooler

The 2 blue lines come from the transmission. The 2 big hoses on the ends are the radiator coolant.

I had the same problem and had the cooler replaced twice. Both leaks were just barely dripping. I think the second time it may have been the radiator connection to the cooler. I did the second repair myself and things have been good since. I was having to add a gallon of antifreeze every year (clue I had a leak). Be sure to check your coolant level.

Job is not too tough, just 4 hoses and 4 bolts. Just messy. I drained the radiator to make things easier. Send me a note if you want more details on changing it.
