2022 Phaeton 37BH
Hi folks. New to the forum. Our coach entered production 6/16. They keep telling us we will let you know in a week if your coach is missing something. Anybody know if they have caught up with all the supply chain issues? Anyone take delivery of a Phaeton recently? Super stoked to get on the road behind the wheel of this baby. Thanks. Tom

We just got back from Red Bay Service a few days ago. Bad News... still shortages and probably 200 new units waiting for parts. Good News... parts are continuing to come it and new units are shipping. Seems like furniture is one of the main issues, so it will depend on the items needed for your MH.
On the service side, we could not be happier by how we were treated and the quality work we received. Absolutely First Rate!

I called Davis last week and they told us our ETA is August 26th. Do you call someone at Tiffin to get updates? Since we can’t tour the factory, it would be really cool to get pictures of our unit in production. Anyone have ideas? Thanks, Jeff

Yes you can. Her name is Effie Johnson.

She is great. If you get her vm, give her your order # name and model and she can tell you what’s up with your coach. I’m reaching out tomorrow to see if my Phaeton is missing anything.

Fantastic! We are about a month behind you. I talked with Effie today and our 37 BH will be going to the paint shop shortly. Our approximate ETA is August 26. Like you, we cannot wait!
You will have to post pictures when you get yours.

We’re Officially Owners Now!
We picked up our 2022 Phaeton 37BH on Friday from Davis motorhome (GARV). It is absolutely beautiful and we love it already. For the most part, we only had a few minor things that needed fixing. Bill and the tech Gary at Great American RV were fantastic! The process was easy and we cannot wait for our first trip!

Any issues with Davis honoring any part of the previous deal? Did they cover a free night of camping? Bill is a great guy but at the mercy of the new regime change of course…
