2022 Tiffin Breeze

I have the newest Breeze 33 ft, and am looking for the power splitter between the coach batteries and the chassis batteries. Would any of you know where that unit is? I have replaced the coach batteries with lithiums, and I need to change the divider, splitter to the lithium adapted model.

thank you.

Generally, it's called a BIM, or BiRD, or BigBoy and it's usually near (between) the chassis and battery cutoff relays.

I added LiFePO4 batteries to my Adventurer - I removed the BIM and replaced it's main functions with a DC2DC charger to charge the new LiPos when driving and then added a Trik-L-Start charger for the Chassis battery when parked on shore power.

It seemed daunting at first but was actually very straight forward.

PS. Just noticed your Terex GM handle - I grew up around Akron/Hudson and used to drive by the Terex HQ all the time. I remember that GIANT tire out on the front lawn.

Thank you. Yes, I have always liked the Old General Motors, when they manufactured everything from appliances to Allison engines, transmissions to Locomotives, construction equipment and the famous beloved 2 cycle Detroit Diesels. My how things have changed.
