2023 open road floor/entry handle light

So we just purchased a 2023 open road 36ua and are having issues with the led light strip around the interior entry steps as well as the backlight for the grab handle. I know it was working during our walkthrough but now it is not. I have tried turning it off and on through both Spyder panels and nothing. from what I can gather from the schematics on Spyders website these lights are provided their 12v source by the G12 module itself. All other lights work in the coach and are on the same connector on the G12 module so I dont think it is a module output issue. Im thinking I either have a grounding issue with these individual lights themselves or there is a fuse somewhere I cannot find. Has anyone else experienced this or maybe have an idea on something else I can check?

UPDATE: I fixed it. I traced out the wires for these lights that were inop and found them terminated behind the access panel that the fire extinguisher is mounted inside of next to the entry steps. I turned the floor lights ON via the Spyder touchpad and checked for ground and voltage at the led strips themselves. Ground was good but I had no 12v. I knew the 12v was supplied by the G12 module within the Spyder controls system so I wanted to start there. The G12 module in my coach is located in the half bath, behind an access panel in the vanity cabinet. A visual inspection showed nothing wrong but upon further inspection I found the pin for this output was not snapped fully into the connector. Once this pin was seated properly I now have proper voltage and my lights function as they should. I hope this helps anyone who may experience a similar issue in the future.

Great job finding and fixing the problem and THANK YOU for posting the solution. That may help someone in the future with the same problem.
