36LA Rear Slide

I have a 2014 36LA and the rear slide has started acting up - jockeys side to side and gets stuck. After running it back and forth it still goes in/out but starting to be a concern. Anyone else have this issue and advice on how to remedy it?

Sounds like your slide motors are out of sync. Go to the Lippert Components website and read up on Schwintec slides. There will be a section on troubleshooting and how to resync the motors. Also search on this forum for information.

Thanks for the tip! I was able to find a video on the Lippert site showing how to re-sync the slides and will give that a try. I'd post the link but their site doesn't seem to be cooperating - here's a link to the support page anyway for anyone else interested:

I have had the same issue for years. NEVER could get the problem corrected by Tiffin. . Two motors and two new controllers. Still does not smoothly extend.

My rear slide just started acting up too. I would extend very slowly and inconsistently but would retract normally. Dealer is ordering a new schwintek control box under warranty.
