45 OPP Sliding step cover

Has anyone had a problem with their step slide cover? Neither of the switches will operate and the c/b is verified in (#57). I'm thinking it must be the motor which is in the generator compartment. Does anyone know where it is exactly and what it looks like?

If the push button circuit breaker in the front DS bay doesn't do the trick I'd try a 12 volt reset. turn off for 2 minutes then turn back on. This will sometimes remedy odd situations.

Sounds like both of you pushed the retract button a the same time. This will blow the fuse (check the electrical bay under the driver seat) and the cover will no longer operate. Give Tiffin a call, but most likely you blew a fuse.
