2015 allegro 36la have they prewired these coaches to add solar panels on roof

First Welcome to the Group. Extra knowledge is handy.

As for your solar question: If you find that your coach is pre-wired check to be sure the wire is big enough for your solar array. The more panels you have the bigger the wire should be to eliminate loss. There are charts for this on the net.

Welcome to the forum.
I believe the solar pre wiring was a option. Go to the Tiffin web site and download a brochure for your 36LA. The brochure has a list of all the options that were available. I did that for my 2014 36LA.

Even if it is prewired, it may not be heavy enough as was mentioned. It really doesn't matter if it was wired or not. It's easy to run a wire down to the controller once you determine the wattage of panels you need or want. Determine your usage and space available and if the cost is within your budget, have a pro install it or read up on it yourself and start a project.
