AGS starts before voltage setting

My 2013 Phaeton 40 QBH AGS is set to start at 12.1 v and had been doing so for a couple of years. Now with the same 12.1 v setting it starts at about 13.1 v even when driving down the road. I have checked setting and put it again at 12.1 v but still kicking in above 12.1 v. Any ideas?

mine did this a while back, for no real reason it started the generator even when it didn't need to - resolved the issue by going to the Magnum ME-RC panel and changed the AGS status setting to OFF, then back to ENABLE. Worked fine from then on...

it's kinda like the 'reboot' on the compruter : )

I checked the AGS today and the temp setting was on. Turned it off and set voltage start at 11.9 v and we'll see what happens.
