AGS Xantrex 3012

I found an online user manual. I didn't have the Load option enabled in the advanced settings.

2009 Allegro Bus 43qrp
We have an Auto Generator Start (AGS) on our Xantrex 3012 inverter. I can not get it to work when loosing shore power while AC are running. I believe the inverter is shutting down due to overload before the generator has the opportunity to kick in.
What am I doing wrong?
