I ordered the glide package from Tiffin yesterday. I have two broken glides on my front diving board. They are supposed to be here sometime tomorrow. If I get them I will change them out Thursday and take pictures.

Ordered mine today I have several missing and only one left is 3 locations. 2 are needed at each location. Part number for Tiffin is 5040508. This part number was confirmed via Tiffin over the phone using my VIN number

I have an idea on how to do this job but I will be waiting for your pictures and procedure details.

Nicely Done On The Video, Thanks DAN. I hope that mine will go that easy. Look at the bottom of the video and it clearly states to retract the slide in about a foot, which is what I found I had to do in readjusting my slides and not fully extended. What the video does not talk about is the Inner slide glides on top of the "diving boards" be carful to inspect those

Well I received my glide package from Tiffin yesterday. I replaced the broken glides yester afternoon. I have some pictures on my phone that I will post later.
I began by tying to follow the video that I posted. I found that on my 35QBA the block that the glides are attached to will not come out from the inside. At least I could not figure out a way to do it. When the four bolts holding the block in were removed I could slide the block in but it fits in track of sorts. It will not lift high enough to clear the track and it will not turn.
I was able to jack it up just a bit more and it lifted from it's resting place and easily slid out from the front. The hardest part was getting the spacers back under the block and the bolt holes lined up. I was afraid to try taping the spacers on the block because that would have needed the diving board jacked even higher. So I placed the spacers back where they belonged and used a small punch to line up the bolt holes.
I now seem to have an abrupt bump up about 2 inches before the slide is all the way closed. I don't see any thing scraped or marks where something is hitting and it closes tight and square to the RV. It opens very smooth and closes smoth except for that bump.

Did you check the Interior block's (2) on the top of the inside portion of the "diving board"? They allow the top to glide in and out.

If you look at the pic in the video you have listed here my slides have the same spacing as in the pic. Only the are inside the upper portion of the "diving board" and glide on the bottom of the floor. Just question if they were causing the bump you have talking about

I suggest you stop the slide right when you hear the bump. Then, look at all locations where the slide is in touch with the MH - glides, rollers.

Drivers side slide does not go in all the way?
I have a 2014 Newmar Baystar, 29'. On the Driver's side, the long wall slide is not going in in the rear of the coach. The front edge is flush when closed but the rear is out about 1/2". My thought is that it somehow came out of adjustment while driving down rough roads. How do I adjust the rear of the slide to flush with the wall of the coach?
