Anticipated sales price

I have a 2011 Phaeton [Mod Edit]. Because of life style changes, we find ourselves not traveling as we used to. Only 2 or 3 weekend trips over last 3 years. Cannot justify keeping it. Now here is my question: how do I establish a reasonable sales price? I've researched listing prices on the web, that only tells what others are asking, not what sales prices are. I find brokers and dealers interested in what they can make, not quick sales, etc.

anticipated sales price

I believe PPLmotorhomes.com has a list of coaches that have sold including the prices. It was helpful when we sold one several years ago.

Take the price you paid for it, subtract 7% for year 1. Then subtract 5% for each subsequent year. You will end up ar or near a reasonable asking price.

I think Kelly Blue Book values are in the ballpark. Adjust up or down 10% for condition, extras, etc.

I have had good luck pricing and the sale of my last motorhome. Priced with Bluebook and NADA for the dream price. Then went to RVT.com, RVtrader.com, Facebook marketplace and my local Nextdoor sites to see what compared to my year make and model. You should be able to set a price after a little work. Sale by owner will give you a much higher return and isn't hard if you have time and are home. Many outside your state buyers will travel if the price is right. So take many pictures and be wordy and truthful with your add. I sold my on RVT and its free.
