Ariston washer error code H20

We have problem with the washer giving us an H20 error code. This is the first time using it since early fall. I've verified that I have water to the back of the machine. When we start a cycle I expected to hear the solenoids that allow water into the machine click but there is nothing and it does not fill the tub. All the lights on the front panel seem to function as they should.


Any hints would be appreciated.

What is the model of your washer?

I forgot to turn back on the cutoff valves when replacing the hoses and got that.

The clothes washer model Ariston ARWXF129W.


I slid the washer out, cleaned the inlet screen, they were't very dirty. I checked water flow from the hoses and that was ok too.

The only other things in the manual you have not already listed as checking is "Water Pressure Too Low" & "Start/Pause button pressed"
