Did that for our 2014 Phaeton 36GH. Cut a swimming noodle to fit on each side edge for stability while stored. Don't remember brand of tv mount, but there are threads where others have also done this.

If you have enough room, this may be the only mount that will work. It's only 1.1 inches deep when collapsed and a side benefit it has a spring catch that holds it closed. I installed one on our 40IH and it works very well. It's the Crimson AU42 mount and it's a little pricey at around $175 but it does work well and is very substantial.
