Atwood Level Legs 2007 QSH Control POWER

Hello, I hope someone can help me locate the 3A Fuse that suppose to be attached somewhere near the control box in the passenger front compartment. I arrived at my location and went to drop the legs down as I always do when I arrive somewhere, when I out the pad on, the Red/Green Lights on the Front Passenger button was blinking, I tried all the buttons and nothing was working, I went into the Front passenger compartment to locate the Control box and started pulling the Big Red fuses that are attached to the box to check them and hopefully reset the Panel, all of the fuses were fine, I one back into the RV to check the panel and it was off, I tried to put it back on but it wouldnt come back on, Upon checking the book, I noticed theirs a 3A fuse that suppose to be attached to the control box, so I followed the wires that the fuse suppose to be attached to but its not their, and I cannot find it, their is a Breaker that comes off the Control Box and it doesn't appear to be blown because the button isn't popped out so im thinking maybe the fuse is blown. Thank you very much I dont know what to do at this point, Ive research and watched videos but no help so far.
