Awning Issue

I'm in the need of some help. I have Girad awnings and I don't seem to be getting power to my electric awning. Can anyone tell me where the breaker or the fuses are located? I have a 2019 Tiffin Phaeton 40 QBH

There should be a breaker in the panel in the bedroom closet, it should be a 20 amp.
Girard also has on their website, manuals with trouble shooting guides.
You’ll need the model of your Girard awning to get the right updated manual.
If you have remotes, there should be a module in the front PS compartment that controls the awning. That is plugged into a 120 outlet. Make sure it has power
A Carefree manual won’t be much help on a Girard awning.

Send a message via Yahoo to jkorn
You also might try the Girard service center in Red Bay.
They would know more about how one works in a Tiffin.

Have you actually checked the power at the motor?
Sometimes there are two metal spade/connectors at the motor cover and you can apply or check voltage there. Motors do go bad from time to time.
