Bedroom slider problem

Can anyone help me diagnose a problem with the bedroom slider. I am trying to leave in the morning and I cannot get the slider to come in. Right now I have no lights illuminated on the slider control unit to identify a problem, however at one point there were 1 green light and 2 red lights flashing according to my neighbor/ helper. It appears that if the code is accurate, there may be a "battery dropout" error code. Does anyone know what that might mean. The coach was running during the process. Thanks for any help you may provide.

What is the state of the charge of your house batteries? Even with the engine running, there still may not be enough juice to move the Schwintek slides.

Also, check the Schwintek or Lippert website as I believe that they have published a way to reset the controller.

Slider

The coach batteries appeared to be fine. The other two electric slides operated properly. No fuse issues, can't explain the "battery dropout" code

We have an 07 40ft Phaeton. Our passenger slides are hydraulic and are drivers side is electric. Two weeks ago, our drivers side (electric) bedroom slide extended but would not come back in. After taking the bed apart I found the gear had some broken teeth. Had a new gear over-nighted and installed it the next day. Not sure if your broken slide is electric or hydraulic, hope this helps and it is not the gear.
