Best Place to find used parts for a 1994 Allegro Bay Gasser

Just bought a "project" 1994 Allegro Bay, Chevy Chasis 454 gas and need to Find a Passenger sideview mirror (power) and a passenger side rear marker light lens. Also looking for any refurbishing advice as this unit is kinda an unknown, not in horrible shape but has some mice damage and a small roof leak that has caused some water damage and mold in the back bedroom area. Not sure how long it sat unattended but starting to go through it now. Any advice to a first time RV owner would be much appreciated.

colawrvsalvage.com

This is a salvage place in missouri, seems to have a large inventory. When I needed a mirror I wound up buying two brand new non power ones that have nice convex mirrors on the bottom from pplmotorhomes.com cost was about 200 for the pair vs the 90 for a used one with a single flat mirror

As for the damage, get the leak fixed first then my advice would be to cut out and replace the rotten wood because it will continue to rot even after you fix the leak. Mold control can sometimes be achieved by spraying with a strong bleach and water solution letting it dry then treating with lysol spray. If the light on the opposite side has any name/numbers on it try an internet search and see if it brings up any results. If not you may have to replace it with a new light.
